Welcome to Voipuser forums.

Is the Linksys logged in? (and the soft client not running and best for testing the computer turned off!). You can also try running STUN ( stun.voipuser.org) as the soft client may be running it by default).

I am glad to hear that Voip is now working for you... Congratulations!

In general you can use any STUN server. You are welcome stun.voipuser.org if you wish.

That does sound like the port problem is still there. How are you calling the ATA. Calling from a computer on the same network as the ATA will give problems.

I have sent you a pm.

Hi

The test incoming calls are realized from the systems of the Voip Provider. They have the option " return call " to verify if the configuration is correct...

Yes. I assume that your PAP2 came from there? As they are also your provider they should be able to offer your help (possibly remote help) to get you up and running correctly. If you have followed the configuration on the adiptel web site then it should work. Perhaps you should try calling them again for help telling them what you have observed so far.

No, I have bought my Linksys from the computer's shop.

Already I have contacted with them. But they said to me that this issue is not their problem, and they have closed my issue.
They say that it is fault of my Internet provider (I doubt it) or the configuration of my router or linksys. But they do not give me any solution.... Neutral

Pity, it looked like their web site was quite good. Sounds like they don't want your business. Did you put money in an account with them? If not the answer might be to find another provider?

I pay a fixed monthly quota for having line there (11.5 €) . Indistinctly if I call or not.

I have been looking another provider but those who exist or they are very expensive or do not give the service for that I look (n º of special line in Spain )...
