error 403

Hello ,

I would like to know the reason behind this , I used to call from my voipuser account until yesterday , the status of account is active and I haven't either exceeded the limit allowed , though I get always on any dial : error : 403 , reason : forbidden , what shoudn't be working properly there

We have been having some problems with outgoing calls. Normal service will be resumed as soon as possible.
