Dear Dean, dibsmft.
Now my account rating is 5!
And I can call to russia landline phones.
Russia mobile destination is also listed here: http://www.voipuser.org/forum_post_1397.html#1397
But I can't call to russia mobile phones.
Why so?
May be my account rating too small to access russia mobile or reason is something else?
Please assist me.

Ah, the cost of routing to Russian mobiles has probably changed since that list was last updated.

It's not account rating related - it's the cost of routing. If it costs us more than 2.5p/min to route it we don't route it....
