When did you make the payment? It may have not reached Voipuser yet. These payments are dealt with manually so it does take a little while for them to be processed.

31st March.

I found it. Sorry about that. Sometimes PayPal don't send us an email when a payment comes in. Haven't worked out why that is yet.

Just try it. It might take a little while for the records to update.

Hi Folks,

Just got it working last week via ATA Linksys SPA2100, loving the voipuser and had lots of inbound calls from family and friends in the UK (I'm in Canada), lasting several hours all together - but still unable to make outbound calls except to the echo tester.

Latency/loudness/clarity all exceptional, indeed better than my 'real' line here !

Should my rating be in the positive by now ? Or do I have something else wrong ? Had the ports forwarded, then undid that and inbound started to work.

Voipuser has been rebuilding its servers. The outgoing calls service should soon be back. Meanwhile the echo test and sip to sip services should be working as normal.
