sjphone error 403

when i dial a landline or mobile from my sjphone ( i used telephone no +912612253253) i get the error meesage forbidden 403. how can i resolve this

You cannot make outgoing PSTN calls until 3 days after you first request access. Even then you can only make a few test calls unless you make some incoming PSTN calls to your Voipuser number. Incoming calls help pay for your outgoing calls.
