Hi
I have friends in Aus & New Zealand.

Can anyone recommend a good provider that will allow free calls between UK, AUS & NZ ?

Thanks Smile

Welcome to Voipuser forums.

We try to avoid recommending particular providers as there are so many to choose from and the best provider for you depends on your needs.

If both you and your friends have computers the obvious way of communications is to make free SIP to SIP calls (Voipuser can help there) or to use Skype. If only you are using a computer with a voip account then you friends may be able to use a SipBroker PSTN number or an iNUM PSTN number to call you via voip very cheaply (free if local calls are free).

Skype is an options, but I'd prefer not to use that.
How can Voipuser help ? I've got some cisco phones that I'll set up and ship to the users..

Thanks Smile

If they get Voipuser accounts they will get a number (0844xxxxxx) that can be used for calling each other SIP-SIP and if needed it can be called from anywhere in the UK (and a few other places) using a regular phone. SIP-SIP calls are free. If you are in the UK you can get other numbers (870, 871 etc) and if people use them to call in you will get some call out points to make free outgoing calls. We also provide an 0883 world number (iNUM) that allows you to be called from some other providers free (You can be called from Skype as well but they charge the normal UK rate for the call) and, in time, we hope from regular phones. We also have a number in the UK that can be used from a regular phone to call 0883 numbers.
