I am really annoyed, i asked the supplier two times to put the latest firmware on the phone. It's a bit of a joke really, it's not like it's out by one update, also they are specialist when it comes to Cisco phones and give you the option of SIP firmware. errrr!

Well i don't know what to do, but was the POS3-04-1-00 unstable?

Not sure and never used it but I will ask my Grandfather to see if he remembers LOL Wink

Best idea to tackle your supplier and get them to do the update
