I need to know why I´m not getting my free days, I have 364 free days, and I´m being charge to call to a land line in Chile, I just charged 10 euros on my system. This note appears when I try to call: "fair use policy exceeded". I think if you decided no to have free landlines calls to Chile, you should inform the user before they pay. I charged the 10 euros this morning in the hope that it would hel errasing that message. What´s happening.
Thanks for your time,
Panolti

panolti,

This is Voipuser not Voipbuster. Voipbuster has no connection with us whatsoever. We cannot help you with your problem in any way directly.
As far as I know......
If you want to get all your free days you probably should use the Voipbuster client. Some methods of connecting with prevent you from getting the free days.

Are you using an IP address shared with other users, for example a university?

There is a Voipbuster forum, though they'd probably ask a similar question

Contact Voipbuster using the feedback form on their website. Contrary to rumour, they do answer customer service queries, though they will ignore questions which are answered in their FAQs
