I need to know the number of the connection on asterisk, there is a way by typing "sip show channel", but I need to save it into a log file or txt, so i can save this information into mysql, hope someone can help me~~~thx

It sounds like what you're asking for is CDR, or call detail records. Asterisk supports several CDR backends, include SQL. More details:
