I’m specifically looking for the following features in a VOIP solution however my requirements are very few.

What I use the VOIP for: I have a small business lead generation company. I handle their internet marketing and advertise the number I own that forwards to their number. I keep track and send them a weekly report of all the numbers I generated that called them.

I would like to find a new VOIP provider that does the following:
- The same number forwarding above example: prospective client calls 815.555.XXXX and is routed directly to 815.468.1414 (my clients actual business number.
- I would really like an email (preferably customizable) sent to the clients each time they receive a call. That way they know it’s from me. This really is what I’m missing from my current solution and would help me to generate much more revenue. THIS IS KEY
-I want all of these calls to be tracked and easily downloadable to me for any reporting I’d like to do.
- I’d like to be able to have multiple dial in numbers point to one client number. This way I can split test things.
- New number getting and adding to the line should be easy.

Things it doesn’t need to do:
My clients don’t need to make calls out of the line. Actually no one will make calls out of these lines.


Things I’d like to avoid.
I don’t want to manage my own box. That just sounds like a disaster. If you have a solution that you think I can run then let me know. Or if you want to run the solution let me know but I’d really like a solution that I don’t have to manage.

Your requirements are very specific to your company and I think it's extremely unlikely that a commercial provider would provide this exact service as they would only have one client !

You are going to have to have your own box but why not just bring in someone to set it up for you and have a support package in place so you don't need to touch it. (Updates and small alterations can probably be done remotely anyway).

I can't see a better solution
