This is an issue that I've had before and I fixed it but I can't for the life of me remember how. I've checked every setting on the phones and the router I can think of but for some reason I just can't get the two phones connecting so I'm wondering if someone can point me in the right direction.

The setup is simple, I've got two 7970Gs going through a single router:
Draytek 2820vn Router: [192.168.3.1] (VOIP built in)

7970G #1: [192.168.3.20]
sipPort: 5260
securedSipPort: 5261
startMediaPort: 31766
stopMediaPort: 32766

7970G #2: [192.168.3.21]
sipPort: 5160
securedSipPort: 5161
startMediaPort: 30766
stopMediaPort: 31765

TFTP server (windows server): [192.168.3.3]

I've setup open ports on the router:
UDP/TCP: 5260-5261 --> [192.168.3.20]
UDP/TCP: 31766-32766--> [192.168.3.20]
UDP/TCP: 5160-5161 --> [192.168.3.21]
UDP/TCP: 30766-31765--> [192.168.3.21]

sipLines port: 5060

I've checked these settings 101 times but I still can't spot it. The issue seems to vary from -they're both connected and then one of them (the last one to register) disconnects about 10minutes later. To one of them connects but the other doesn't.

I've got an account setup with sipgate.co.uk which interestingly is showing 87.***.***.169:5160;transport=udp 3145*** when Phone #1 is connected (which should be 5260) I don't know if that will be of any help? I've searched through the XML file for 5160 but there's nothing in there that matches.

I can paste in the XML config files if they'd be of help but any pointers would be greately apprechiated.

Tim
p.s. Sorry if this is the wrong board for this

Thanks for the response Gray but sadly they're different numbers already, one is 5160, the other is 5260, I wonder if that's the issue (they're conflicting with the VOIP ports.

I'll change them and see what happens.
