You should be able to make the two computers communicate. You will need to forward from your router SIP and RTP ports to the computers that are different.
Comp 1: UDP 5060 and UDP 8000-8001
Comp 2: Udp 5061 and UDP 8010-8011
You should then be able to call one to the other using IP dialing and port #. Alternatively if you are logged in to a provider (eg. Voipuser or Voxalot) you should be able to call eachother. You may need to experiment a bit.
