I am currently trying to set up a voip system for my small business. I need the secretary to work out of her home, and be able to transfer calls to my home/office phone, 30 miles away. Can this be set up to perform "invisibly" like there was no location difference. Bascially, I would like her to transfer the call to my phone like any local office phone system.

What would be the most cost effective way to do this?

Also, if this isn't possible through voip, can this be done any other cost effective way?

Thanks in advance,

Brian

As long as your phone (and service) supports call transfer then your secretary can transfer the call to any telephone apparatus, including standard mobiles.

Usually it is simply a case of pressing the transfer button and dialing where you want the call to go
