Connecting a PBX to VoIP

I need help on how to connect an existing PBX with current analog phones to a VoIP billing platform. The models are Avaya Definity со 2Mb/s приклучок ISDN DDI PRA, Panasonic EMSS 336 (2 парчиња), Panasonic KXTD 100 co ISDN DDI BRA, Panasonic KXTA 1232.

could you please tell me what are the interfaces of EMSS 336 and KXTA1232 PBXes ? I mean it is obvious that some kind of gateway should be used that's why i am asking you what are the interface of the PBX. FXO/FXS and what is signaling of the ISDN interfaces ?
