hi

can someone help, i have a trixbox,with one sip trunk vis voipcheap, and i have a routing to route 028 calls through this trunk
but this is what i get on the log
From: "2005"<sip:2005@82.44.49.6:5060>;tag=80b02220-57c222f6-13c4-12296b-756d0f02-12296b

To: "02084724553"<sip:02084744555@192.168.1.210:5060>;tag=as2669b608

the TO line should go to sip:02084744555@192.168.1.210:5060>;
should go to my trunk but its going to its self (192.168.1.210 is the local address of the trixbox)
i think this is the problem but i dont know how or where i need to change to fix this

thanks

Hi,
Start at the easy end-

What does your Outbound Route quote?

At the very least it needs to trap any number starting "0" with "0." ten directed to your trunk

i am running out of things to try , but i think the reason i canot make an outging call is because, even though my sip peers is showing
voip-cheap/myacc xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx N 5060 Unmonitored

the trunk is not active and thats why the call is getting routed internally.

and the reason why the trunk is not active is because the port forwarding is not working correctly on netgear WGR614V9 router.
is there any known issues with this router
