Hello there,

I have TrixBox server over unix, and I want to make my developed application able to send SIP messages to the server, to make it clear :
the application should be able to register with the asterisk, and to be able to send invite message to another extensions, I have started using SIP in the programming, but, is it the way to do so or there is another,
if it is , should sip messages contain extra information or fields ?

I hope I made the idea clear , any help would be appreciated
