I'm very new in the field and I understand there is an easy way to start a business using "white labellin", whereby you buy the minutes from a provider and just print cards and sell them in your name. This means you do not need a server, gateway or even a computer? I'm I right?
If so I wonder how do you get the local number to call the service - the PSTN. Can withe labelling providers get this for you as well. If so, can they get numbers in all countries?

There are probably a ton of people offering that. Try a google search:-

Not sure about multiple countries, but you can always use multiple suppliers, one per country.

I'm not convinced that Calling Cards are a great business model anymore - people want to be mobile. You can do pretty much the same with a SIM card now. MaxRoam offer travel SIM white-labelling services:-
