Which country are you in? Where do you call most frequently? Could some of those calls to the more regular destination be handled via VOIP? What equipment are you using? What offers does you current provider have? Have you considered a CFS or CPS provider in your location? Do you want to invest in some hardware or would you prefer a Hosted PBX solution?

Sorry to answer your question with more questions but as you will realise if you think about it further, such a wide question has no single correct answer. There are hundreds if not thousands of providers vying for your business so luckily you have plenty of choice and you can make a selection based on the above information.

unlimited is probably not an option in your case. that is because the 'unlimited' plans come with fair use policies(FUP) and terms or service(TOS) that prohibit such usage. so there really is no such thing as unlimited.

for a bundled packages with high usage limits you may want to take a look at skype. tere FUP allows for 10,000 minutes per month on 'unlimited' plans this is much higher than the norm of 1200 to 4000 minutes per month for plans covering north america and/or landlines in much of europe and asia.
