introdutions to connect remote acces

hi Forum.
Am new in voip and asterisk
1)I have got an asterisk telephon system in my office..
I want see if its possible to connect on the phone system from my home and to get all calls in an other voip telephone at home
parallel and doing transfer if needds.
In both places i have dynamic ADSL connection.What shall i do in my modem on office (Baudtec) to connect on it from my home and to be secure?
2)I have an grandstream gxp2000.its connected and recognized
but i can hear everything but nobody can hear me.. I think its a problem on configuration but i dont know where to look for it.
if somebody can help me.
