Connecting Polycom 330 Handset to Allworx 6 Server

I have a Allworx 6 server and want to use a few Polycom 330 handsets with it. I realize the Polycom handsets won't have all the features of the Allworx handsets, but that's not important. Basically picking up the Polycom and dialing out is enough. Anyone gotten this to work?

I do know the Allworx isn't designed to allow a handset to connect without the plug and play key set in the Allworx server unless the handset is on the same subnet, but I have a need to have the Polycom on a different subnet so wondering how I would go about making this setup play nice.
