I have a question i would like to ask if you can answer me i really appreciate...... can I use trixbox ce for Digital receptionist IVR ONLY.... this is the setup on my country people use.....
They have lots of pots line and lots of hired secretary’s that pick up the phones all day... so I am trying to set trixbox only for IVR and then slowly upgrade them to the whole VoIP.... What is the best way any idea I would appreciate.
Create some nice voice menus to direct people by using option 1 thorugh whatever they need.
In order to do this do I need E1 from Telco, I can’t do this using POTS line right correct me if I am wrong.
Please explain what is the best aproach to this. |
