As you are in Poland use the polish access number 48223982688 then dial the inum number . 883510009863246 will get you to our echotest.

I undrestand that I should insert iNum, at least to access phone numbers without ANY zeros - PLEASE state this clearly in your information regarding iNum, because it seems that everyone should use international prefixes (00)!
- But at that poit I'd like to indicate thet this is not consequent, as iNum aims to be a universal number, but if we have to use different combinations, depending on HOW we connect, this is not a universal number anymore - as I understand it.
NOW - unfortunately I've tested also today (3/1/2008) all possibilities in different access points
- as regards GizmoCall (it was indicated, as some other 'operators', as I remember also Jajah, which surely is NOT connecting - by the way it gives very high over 20 cents per minute charge to UK 844 numbers) - I've read somewhere that it should connect directly (!) to iNMU - but it is not doing so, just try to insert any combination of iNUM (with or without zeros), so I was trying Gizmo trough 'back door' access to the access numbers in USA (Chicago and NYC), they give such possibility. The result was the same - I could get to the access number, but the system was not reacting, when I tried to insert iNUM
- what is strange is that you get trough UK number, I tried it today (without zeros) it said that it connects, but the number seemd to be occupied? (I'm not sure what acustic sound you have for such occassion - it was quite sth. like tu-tu-tu quite fast) - of course my phone line at Voipuser was not occupied.
- Polish number, after saying connecting, not connects at all (no sign, nothing happens, no sound)
- USA numbers - NYC and Chicago as before NOT reacting at all, you can insert numbers and nothing happens, the voice repeats the same insert number, etc.
So as for today the result is quite pitiful - UK access number seems to forward somewhere, but who knows where as the connection is not done - and my iNum (or voipuser number/connection) was not occupied at that time. The rest is simply not reacting.
At this point I'd like to inform you that recently I tried also some other American access numbers (eg Pinger) and the same they're not reacting - I assume that there are problems with machines (computers/servers) answering at those numbers, and strangely no one checks it before setting it up...
If you (as Voipuser organization) can try to fix this access to 'our' iNums, this would be great.
Oh and one more thing - I've informed iNum some days ago that there are problems, and got no response as of today - this is quite sympthomatic, unfortunately.

First thing to remember is that the 0883 number are new and have only just been introduced. So far, no PSTN incumbents support the numbers and, since it has the potential to hurt their lon distance income, perhaps they never will. I have no local access number here (Newfoundland, Canada) but I have test called some access numbers in Canada and the US to my iNum and they have worked in every case. (There was a problem some people had with the 0883...910 xxxx voipuser numbers but that should be cured now). The Voipuser numbers can also be called from Gizmo and Voxalot. Skypeout will also call the numbers but charges Skypout rates for the call. In general you should dial the 00883......... international number but 883.... may work.
You did not give details as to how you made your calls. Did you call using a land line PSTN phone or a voip phone? Does your phone transfer the 0883 number correctly by DTMF (if at all) once connected? Some voip clients do not transfer the DTMF correctly or use a special keypad to do it. So, you can call the access number but once connected you cannot dial the 00833 number.
As for the charges to the 0844 numbers on GizmoCall or was that Jajah, (if using Gizmo you would normally call using voip (unless you were using a "My Numbers" number to connect onwards) for free anyway), the numbers are premium numbers and cost more to call in the UK so Jajah has to pay for that leg by land line. 20 cents/min is still very high and perhaps 8 - 10 cents/min would be more reasonable.
