Hey. I am working on a phone chat webpage. I need to be able to conference calls and integrate it with the web-page so the callers account is debited and the girl being called is credited, etc. I am new to VoIP and I'm curious what my possible solutions are. Is anyone on here available for freelance development?

There are lots of resources in this area of the forum and you need to read through them.

Best to write a detailed specification for the project and list your requirements then go to a site like getafreelancer or rentacoder to get some bids.
