Hey - I'm the owner of a small business - we need 3 lines with unlimited long distance in US/Canada and we have a office in Nicaragua. We have about 25-30 employees and we are moving to an new location that requires a VoIP system.

Questions:

Does it matter if I have Cable vs DSL?
Should I consider purchasing a certain brand of phones for my employees? (Should my traveling sales guys have portable phones so they can be mobile with them?)
And most importantly, which VoIP is the most reliable and cost effective?
