Hello!
I was using the 12voip in Portugal and I didn't have any problems. However, now I am in Belgium and I cannot make any calls from Belgium. When I logging the following error message appear "The Parameter is incorrect". Then the 12voip windows appear but I cannot do any calls. Of course, I already contact the costumers service but until now I did not receive any answer.
Someone can help me, please?

me too

i have exactly the same problem and too think we are paying for this service for 90 days. its not going to be renewed again...

the problem has not been fixed and reports are way back 2 months already...

This is yet another Betamax service. My guess is that for some strange reason their server is only accessible from Portugal on that particular IP address.

Are you using the web application? Or have you set up the parameters on an ATA or a soft phone like X-Lite?

My suggestion would be to try X-lite as a potential solution
