Good Evening everyone...

I have been banging against this problem for hours and I just don't know where to look any more.

I have a 7920 running firmware 7920.4.0-03-02 and Asterisk 1.4.21.2-2. I have gotten sccp running and it looks good, but when I dial out on my 7920 it only dials the first digit then goes to a re-order tone (aka fast busy). I just don't know what the issue is, so if you see something that I have wrong please let me know... Below are the config files... It might look like everything is commented out <!-- > but it's really not. I just wanted it to display correctly. Thanks...
