Our host (thePlanet) suffered an explosion in their datacenter on Saturday night, and our website was down for a couple of days.

Apologies for that (not a lot we could do about it).

SIP network services were unaffected, only the website.

We look like we're back, but we're running some tests and playing with configuration so service (of the website) might be hit and miss for the next 24 hours).

Problems at the Planet/EV1 continue... I am informed that we're running on a backup power supply, so service may be intermittent, but they do seem to be getting a grip on things now.
