Our friend Pat Phelan has launched a new service which uses local dial-in numbers and voice recognition to let you dictate your tweets into the Twitter ecosystem.

Pat is a huge Twitter fan and it's nice to see users who have access to technology actually take something they use every day and try and make it better.
Looks interesting and I'm curious as to what voice recognition system is in use here.
