Hello,

I have sunrock ac-211. I setup voipbusterpro with it. I can dial 1-415-xxx-xxxx call out to u.s no problem, but I can not make any International call.

I try many time to call to hongkong, but none of one works.

I was dail 011-852-9xxxxxxx, 852-9xxxxxxx, 0011-852-9xxxxxxx, 9011-852-9xxxxxxx. not one works. while I am using computer to make a call, 852-9xxxxxxx work for me.

thank you,

Derick

Try 00 + Country Code + Area Code + Phone Number.

Can you elaborate? Make sure your dial-plan strings support 00 + Country Code + Area Code + Phone Number.

Thank you mazilo. It works now on your way. It was the dial plan problem. I change to the dial plan to (>#|*xx|*xxx|*xxxxxxxxx|*xxxxxxxxxxxxx|[2-9]xxxxxxxxx|1[2-9]xxxxxxxxx|x.T)

I got the info in http://support.viatalk.com/index.php?_a ... amp;_i=124
