Unable to De-activate DND

I'm having a problem with (only) some of my phones in that once DND is activated, we can't seem to de-activate, even though Allison says so

From CLI, I'm seeing an entry "DBdel: Error deleting key from database".

Again, only some people are experiencing this, any advice?

can anyone tell me where i might start looking? could this be a permissions issue? database problem? database location?

First thing to do is check that DND was set in the DB to do this form the asterisk command enter "database show" this will show all the setting in the astdb

The error is usualy when ther is no entry.

there doesn't seem to be any entries that reflect anything about DND.

do i need to add an entry so as to delete and disable?

also, i'm reading out there that there might be problems with astdb. that you know of, related?

No. Set a phone to DND then check that the entry is there, Then unset it and see if its gone.

The Astdb like any can get corrupted.

The phone you are calling that says its cant clear DND what happens when you call it ?
