voipuser is not connecting on zoiper

I have now a week long only problems with the connecting from voipuser,
sometimes it is connecting during the day alittel, and then at night it will not connect at all. not on zoiper not on xlite, I dont now what to do? also not on ekiga, what can be the problem?
two weeks ago i idnt ha any problems, why sudden?
need really help, even on ekiga is not a single sipprovider connecting anymore, not ekiga, not sipphone, not voipuser and not pulver and not voxalot, something wired is going on here.
It would more then a week ago connect all of them without any problem.

Some gremlins at work your end - me thinks. Something changed. Your ISP, Your router settings, your firewall, your port forwarding, the stun server you are using?

Try connecting just a single application using a friends computer or PM one of the admins and ask them to test your account.

At the moment you are not showing as being logged in to Voipuser

Hello gray, well this is the point, I did not change anything,have no friends with computer who understanding voip etc.
can this be that my provider has changed something? I do no use any firewall, I have linux no need for so things. what to do now? I cannot login anymore also not to single voipuser. the only thing I can login is: sipphone=gizmoporject. this is wierd.

We did change servers at our end, so it is possible some small changes have caused problems. most people have had no problems with the move, and those that have experienced trouble, have been able to fix it by tweaking their settings.

I'll look to creating an updated FAQ for common softphones to connect once the dust settles.

In the meantime, can you tell us more about your problems? What have you experienced exactly, over the last few days? Can you register? can you make outbound/inbound calls? calls from/to pstn or on-net? we need as much info as possible to help you

thank you for your reply, I could not connect at all to voipuser now over a week, only today i could for short connect and then it got disconnected again, i tried, stun, and sip.voipuser.org and also only voipuser.org, it just would not connect, then i tried stun.ekiga.net then it was connected shortly and then disconnected.
i wanted to make a testcall to my home phone, no ringing no phone call, thats it.
then i finally made a short call to the usa the friend was not home i left a message, but i guess there are still sound problems.
then to my brother less then a minute, it would not ring the phone again, sudden he answered, so i dont no what is going on.
horrible problems.
when my friend tried to call me from voipuser to voipuser there were no sound at all, and we use both oiper, then i tried x-lite, the same problem.
so am no technician i dont no how i can better explain you, but it is sad.

Right thats not our problem at all.. thats a problem at your end, and by that i mean it could be your network is blocking voip calls, or your ISP. There could be a problem with your router in maintaining NAT bindings.. theres a few other things that could be at fault also. I suggest running SIP traces and viewing the packets that are sent, running traceroute's to make sure you can route properly, etc

Commercial networks have specialist NAT traversal kit that we don't have here.

Your router is not maintaining the NAT bindings and that's why it's failing.

I guess it is working now back, as you probably understand is that I dont understand actually anything in configurations and things like this, I didnt changed anything, it is finally connecting again, but I can not do any test calls anymore to my own phone, to everybody els in my country I can call for a test, but not to myself to my pstn phone, something seems to block it?
when I try to call for to hear if it rings i get the notice: "user busy"
but am not using my phone when trying to find out if it works, this is kind strange. So it can not be busy at all, also noone calls me. just am puzzled whats going on.
Also to your long test number from voipuser it will not call, maybe it is only for a hard phone and not for my soft phone, I dont use voip hard phone, only the sip soft phone, zoiper. and x-lite.
