I run Openser 1.2.1 notls, and when making an outbound call, Openser gives up after 30 seconds. I'd like to change this value to something larger. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance.

to clarify, calls work just fine. The timeout in question is the amount of time openser will wait and keep letting the destination ring until it gives up, if no answer.
