Hi,

I would like to setup VoIP for 170 seats call center. They would like to use Softphone.

which protocol is recommended?

well if you're building it on Asterisk, IAX is the native protocol. If you're looking to interop with other parties, SIP is probably the leading (and open) standard to use.

Yes, I was thinking of using Asterisk.. so you recommend IAX then, ok..Thanks
