On the control panel my PSTN status is online and can see my hardware online and not behind NAT.
...But my Draytek 2900VGi shows it isn't registed with the server. My two other SIP providers accounts are OK.

Under my numbers there is nothing listed. When I tried to add a new number I saw this.

"Number Activation failed
Sorry but for technical reasons we currently can't activate numbers.

Please try again later..."

I only use this for incoming calls.

Regards Matt Wilson.

Welcome to VoIP User Matt.

Can you let us know what settings you're using (other than password of course).

The information shown on the MySIP account page regarding your login status is currently broken (working on that now), so don't rely on it. The information from your phone will be accurate.

You do not need to get another number from the MyNumbers section. Those are additional numbers. You have been allocated a number for inbound use which will display on the MySIP account page.

And just like that it drops back on?

Did you fix it?

Thanks anyway.
