I've received my PSTN activation e-mail on the 20th but have been unable to make calls and when I look at My SIP Account it says Outbound PSTN is not active.
Can some please take a look.

Welcome to Voipuser forums.
Your PSTN access still shows as "Not Activated". I think this is due to the recent upgrade of Voiuser. Some of the recent data has not yet been transferred to the new server. This should happen very soon if the data is OK. I hope that you can be patient until everything gets up-to-date.
