I"m logged in with my Fritz device, but my current status is like that:"You do not currently have a SIP device logged into our server" I can"t make a p2p calls. Is it normal? |

hi jednow1,
I've checked your activity, and whilst you are registering successfully with us, you've not even attempted to make or receive a call (today at least), as far as our servers are concerned.
There seems to be some problem with your device getting SIP to our server for some reason. We have changed servers and server addresses recently, so please make sure your device is using sip.voipuser.org as the default proxy as well as registrar. |

yes i see your calls in our logs.
What do you mean by p2p calls? Do you mean the media going direct between the endpoints? |

I also see the message "Current Status: You do not currently have a SIP device logged into our server" (under "My SIP Account"); but still my account is registered succesfully in my ATA...
Before the upgrade, I could see the name of my ATA there.
Do more people have this problem? |

lincn: this problem is just a website hook that has not been fixed since we moved our sip servers last week, and wont affect the telephony services voipuser.org provides. This will be patched in due course by our webmasters. |

When I call the echo test number /0844 986 3246 / it seems to be always busy. There is the same situation when I call the other voipuser party /0844 ....../ |

If you call the other voipuser party by username (e.g. jednow1 [!at] voipuser.org (replace the [!at] with a @)), do you get the same behaviour? |

I always call the other voipuser party by PSTN number because I use the Fritz Fon Ata device. The other party uses X-lite and he also tries to call me by PSTN number. It"s impossible for both of us to make a proper connection. We hadn"t have such a problem till last Friday. |

It"s possible to make a proper connection when dialing my account by username only! When the party dials by PSTN number, there"s a message:"call failed 404 not found" |

The same is happening to me. I can make PSTN calls but can't call another VoIPUser's 08449 number. I'm using a wifi phone so can't use their user name. |

Still having this problem. Calling a PSTN number is fine but I'm unable to call another VOIPUser account with an 08449xxxxxx number. It's been like this for a few weeks now. I assume it's some kind of lookup issue. Any fix on the way? |
