PSTN Still not active for me

Hi there... I signed up on 11th April and got my PSTN active email on the 14th April.. I can receive calls on my number 08449792913 but calls to your test server or any other PSTN number returns PSTN Call Denied

I'm using X-Lite and here are the settings (though I've tried many combinations)

Displayname - vocale [!at] voipuser.org (replace the [!at] with a @)
username - vocale
password - XXXX
Authorisation username - vocale
Domain - voipuser.org
Register with domain etc. - Tick
Send outbound Via proxy - sip.voipuser.org
Stun - Stun.voipuser.org

Other services from X-Lite work such as Voifone / Sipgate etc

I am a new member. I used PSTN once two weeks ago after it got activated and then I disconnected my server from network. My server is up again from yesterday, but I can't make any call. When I checked the status my account, it say

PSTN Status : Not active

When got wrong?Any ides? I am using asterisks and I don't see any error in my log and it shows voipuser.org as active peer.
