Sorry about that folks, we had some massive network problems over the last 2 days which we've been working closely with our host to resolve.
Our SIP server (and therefore all telephony systems) went back online yesterday afternoon.
The website we managed to get back this morning.
Apologies for any inconvenience. We are taking measures with our host to ensure the problems that we've experienced do not re-occur.
We may be rebooting servers and performing analysis over the course of today (Saturday 19th April 2008) which may affect servers, although each instance will be brief.
Some user accounts (the more recent ones) may have some issues for a day or two while we're working on an old snapshot of the database. We haven't lost any data, we just need to resync it all and we are in the process of doing that. Don't change any settings on your phone if you had a working system - it should kick into life again as soon as the database is updated.
New SIP account creation is currently suspended until we have the database back up to date.
