VoipCheap.com Credit Not Applied.

Hi. Today i tried to purchase credit for my VoipCheap.com account.
I used the SMS (text message) option. So i did what it told me to, and i recieved a text sying Thankyou, your accound balance has been updated.

8 Hours later. Nothing has changed, My balance is 0.00.

Does anyone know whats wrong here?

First thing to check is to see if the money has been taken froom your bank account or charges to you as you used SMS. You could try emailing VoipCheap but customer care does not seem to be the srong point of many (but not all) voip providers.
