Hi,

Can anyone help me out? I urgently need to record all my calls. I use VOIP with Primus Canada. I have my DSL modem connected to Primu's analogue/digital dapter/router. The adapter then is connected to my PC and Telephone.

Please let me know what software I can use to record calls and the configuration required of my hardware. I also have an extra router that I don't use.

Many thanks!

Jaibey

Welcome to Voipuser.

What you are asking is probably not easy to do I assume that you make the calls using your telephone. If you make the calls using a voip client then it is relatively easy. Some clients are able to record the calls for you. Be careful though as there can be legal implications to recording calls in Canada.

Greetings Jabiey and welcome to Voipuser

There are plenty of commercial software options and of course hardware possibilities (recording to mp3) but this OS programme works very well, certainly easy to set up with a softphone and probably capable of linking with your net work if you can find a way of triggering it, Asterisk has that function ...
