voipuser been hacked?

I have not logged on to voipuser.org for many many months, yet this morning for the first time I received a spam email on an email address that is ONLY registered on voipuser.

Given that the profile page says that my email address will not be public, I am drawn to one of two unpalatable conclusions; either voipuser.org has been hacked and the email addresses have been harvested, or worse, someone conncected with the site has passed on email addresses to a spammer.

Either way, as I no longer use voipuser, please remove my Web and SIP accounts immediately. You can keep the trivial balance in my account.

I'm sorry to hear you experienced a problem. We have never, and never will, give your email address to anyone.

It's possible that the profile page is somehow crawlable by spiders/harvesters. We do our best to keep them out.

Can you send me a copy of the mail that you received so we can look into it?
