Welcome to Voipuser.

If your company has everything blocked and locked down you can be pretty sure that they do not want you to be using Voip. In that case is it a good idea for you to try to circumvent the blockage? If it is just a matter of everything being blocked and using a voip service can contribute to the business then the simple approach is to request to management that a service being allowed.

Hi

If you company for what ever reason have blocked voip access. Then you can be very sure they will also monitor traffic. So even though you think its a good idea to bypass the restriction you would be foolish to try as they will see the traffic or a vpn tunnel and pay you a visit.

If Skype can't get through, I suspect your chances to be slim and I suspect your employer is spending a fairly large sum of money stopping what you're trying to do.

Playing cat and mouse with your employer is not a good idea unless you don't care if you get fired.

Tread carefully... Wink
