Hi

I appear to have two PSTN numbers, one is on my SIP registration page shown on the "MY Sip account page"and is 0844986....
The other is an extra one I ordered and is listed under "my numbers" and is 0844484....
I setup Express talk to receive incoming calls on my pc,
however it only receives calls for the 0844986.. number and not the other one.
My problem is that I only want to give out one number for people to call. But need to be able to redirect calls to this number to another phone when Im not next to PC, which only seems possible with the 0844484.

Is there a way round this or is it by design?
THanks

Its by design or let us just say its the way VU was originally set up.

The original 0844986xxxx does not appear in the control panel and can only terminate to a SIP device/softphone that itself logs into the Voipuser server.

This is likely to be re thought at some point in the not too distant future as 0844 is in fact being phased out. Safer if you are going for a print of stationery or cards to plump for an 0871.
