Area codes 800, 866, 877, & 888 are currently used for toll free numbers in the NANP.

According to http://www.nanpa.com/ they have also reserved 855 for toll free numbers.

Although not all are yet deployed, any North American number +18xx where the digits xx are identical will be toll-free.

As the previous poster mentioned, this includes 1-855 but 1-844, 1-833, 1-822 and theoretically 1-811 will all be toll free, if they are deployed.

After those are exhausted, your guess is as good as mine, but it looks like we're many years away from that point.
