Hello I am using Trixbox Ce I have not set up my trunks yet. But wanted to know if it is possible to spoof the outbound Caller id #?

it should be possible(though i am not familiar with trixbox) if your VSP supports it. most discount priced VSP's do not.

well wouldnt voipuser be my VSP? Just wondering if they allow me to change my outbound Caller ID?
