Unable to hear voice via SIP

Hello All..

Heres is my scenario..

I have installed the asterisk server and a Softphone(Zoiper).
When i try to call from the softphone,Client A to Client B ,which is installed in a different PC,
I am getting the incoming call dialog,but when I accept the call I am not able to hear any voice in both sides.
I can see many RTP packets in the network trace from both Clients.But no actual voice transmission.

I would really appreaciate any suggestions...

Now...
I have developed a Voip Client using J2ME….
I am having a small issue with my client….I am able to register with the server, when I try to invite another client I am able to receive..180 trying..200 ok etc from server, but the problem is I am not receiving the re-invite request from the server.
As per my understanding, after I send a ACK I should receive a INVITE-Request from the server which will have the clients Ip address and other details so that I can proceed with RTP P2P...

[With 3rd party soft phone I am able to see the re-invite request from the server in the network trace]
