FW v.1.0, Problem is NO incoming and outgoing sound at all,NO dial tone,also NO incoming phone rings sound, just red bulb is flashing, My device registered with My Provider and currently status is ONLINE.I known about NAT ussie, but unable to resolve.Need a help!

Can you tell us a little more? Such as the how you are trying to device locked to a provider? Can you connect using a soft client through a computer?

I have D-Link DSL-2640U broadband modem with built in 4-port router, DPH-120S is connected to second port,device NOT locked,purchased new in my local store,I have other D-Link ATaDVG-2001S,this hardware working without any problem,also like X-Ten or SJLabs softphones with Voiptalk.org settings.

Have you tried using STUN? There seems no particular reason why the phone should not work (except the unlikely situation where it is dead or the poer supply is faulty).
