I went into a call centre... and saw

1 MB CIR line and ISA running on the Server and all the clients connected to it and using internet and using softphone to call

Then what could PBX ( Trixbox ) provide us ...? in a call centre?

Hi

Welcome to voipuser.

Perhaps you could explain a bit more, Is this your callcenter the callcenter you saw or what ? what do you want to do.

As unless you have an aim then its hard to say what a IPPBX could do for you, You may well find that the agents you saw using softphones were connected to a IPPBX elsewhere, This is a common configuration.
