Greetings Meeran and welcome to VoIPUser forum.

Your best shot is to contact Vonage, explain the situation you have encountered, and hopefully they will be able to sort out the issue(s).

Try again now.

As Mazi says, your best bet would be to speak to Vonage Customer Services.

Get yourself a copy of Zoiper softphone client (free!)
http://www.zoiper.com/
and see if you can connect with that to Voipuser. If there is nothing wrong with your connection then you should have no problem connecting to Voipuser and at least we may be albe to help you if you do.
The Vonage softphone probably leans heavily towards Vonage so you best bet is to call Vonage about that.

If Voipbuster works then you can be fairly sure that what you have is a problem with Vonage. If you want to try Zoiper then there are several voip providers that offer free SIP accounts such as Gizmo, FWD (free world dialup) and Voipuser (of course). They all allow you to call many other SIP users for free. If you want to call PSTN then Gizmo will allow a few test calls and so will Voipuser. I think you can set up Voipbuster to work on Zoiper.
