Anybody knows a cheap provider for calls to albania. Betamax seems to increase the prices by the day.

Betamax are usually pretty keen on price. Best option would of course be to get the party you are calling onto broadband - if you can do that then calls are free.

If there is no local broadband the the next best option may be for you to look at connecting to a VOIP provider in Albania - see the lists at the top of this section.
